Job Description

As a Wellness Manager, you will oversee the comprehensive operation of spa, fitness, and wellness facilities.

Responsibilities include bookings, service quality, team scheduling, facility maintenance, and creating an inviting ambiance.

You will design and deliver innovative wellness programs such as yoga, meditation, aqua fitness, nutritional workshops, and customized wellness packages.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in curating unique, signature wellness experiences that reflect the identity of our resort and resonate with guest demographics.

You will provide personalized wellness consultations and orientation sessions to enhance guest engagement.

Contribute to work on sales and marketing plans and programs, attend weekly sales and marketing meetings.

Enforce Hotel and Spa's Standard Policy and Procedures and Core Standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 4-7 years in a similar role; prior experience in a 5-star hotel is essential;
  • Experience in the Middle East and hotel pre-opening is an advantage.
  • Strong computer literacy is a must.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to understand guest needs independently;
  • Clear verbal and written communication in English.
  • Capable of conducting personal training sessions and creating membership programs.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask effectively.
