Under the general direction of Alila Hotel and Resorts Policies and Procedures, the Spa and Wellness Manager acts on behalf of Hotel Management to ensure all aspects of the daily operation of spa, fitness, and wellness facilities at Alila Hinu Bay run smoothly, providing guests with maximum levels of service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of spa, fitness, and wellness facilities, including bookings, service quality, team scheduling, and facility maintenance
  • Design and implement innovative wellness programs such as yoga, meditation, aqua fitness, and nutritional workshops
  • Create signature wellness experiences aligned with the resort's identity
  • Provide personalized wellness consultations to guests
  • Participate in sales and marketing planning, and attend related meetings
  • Enforce hotel and spa policies and standards
  • Review and update staff job descriptions and conduct quarterly performance reviews
  • Monitor daily SOP compliance and conduct staff briefings
  • Coordinate promotional activities and special projects with other departments
  • Assist with media and branding activities, including photo shoots
  • Manage daily spa operations accounting procedures
  • Monitor staff adherence to rules and regulations
  • Prepare and submit operational reports to senior management
  • Maintain sales statistics and activity logs
  • Plan and execute wellness retreats and themed weekends
  • Coordinate with guest practitioners and wellness events
  • Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a 5-star hotel and with Middle East experience; hotel pre-opening experience is a plus
  • Strong computer skills and excellent customer service abilities
  • Proficient in conducting personal training and creating membership programs
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking
