Accounting Coordinator
The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for supporting the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with various departments.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash transactions.
  2. Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the hotel's accounting system.
  3. Reconcile statements, accounts, and balances to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  1. A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Previous experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry, is an advantage.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
