Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Controller to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in monitoring resources to achieve strategic goals.

About the Role
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support data preparation and analysis by gathering and evaluating relevant information from various sources.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly performance reports, providing valuable insights into our organization's progress.
  • Analyse construction duration forecasts to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with project management to prepare and analyse project results reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Support operational units in work calculation preparation, providing expert advice and guidance as needed.
  • Contribute to change processes, driving innovation and continuous improvement within our organization.
  • Prepare target/actual comparisons of costs and performance, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain project reports, tracking progress and identifying areas for enhancement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or commercial management.
  • Prior experience in construction or project-based environments is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of iTWO and digital interfaces between relevant tools is essential.
  • Experience in handling construction projects/sector-related projects is necessary.
  • The ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to complex problems is vital.
  • A strong team player who promotes a collaborative environment and encourages the exchange of ideas.
