Strategic Project Executive

As a seasoned project professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
  • Identify and assign resources needed to create and execute project work plans, ensuring smooth operation and timely completion.
  • Plan and coordinate activities of technical teams, liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities to obtain approvals and permits.
  • Manage day-to-day technical and operational aspects, review deliverables, and ensure accuracy and quality standards.

You will be working on both local and international projects, requiring some travelling. A bachelor or master degree in architecture or engineering is preferred, along with additional staff management and project management courses.

A minimum of 15 years' experience in project management, consultancy, or site experience on major building or civil works is required, preferably in Oman or the Gulf Region. Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects from inception to completion is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess strong cultural understanding, project management skills, and commitment to HSE standards and policies. Budget monitoring, procurement management, project control, and business communication are also key competencies required.
