Job Title: Strategic Planning Professional

The ideal candidate will be responsible for enabling strategic initiatives and conducting studies aimed at enhancing bank performance and customer experience.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills to interact effectively across all levels in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enable various strategic projects and conduct studies to improve bank performance and customer experience.
  • Lead specific projects across different areas of the Bank.
  • Assist top management in strategy formulation, execution, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with all units/departments to achieve long-term goals within designated timeframes and resources.
  • Facilitate strategy implementation review meetings with business teams.
  • Produce and communicate strategy-related reports and documentation.
  • Identify and propose solutions to impediments to strategy implementation.
  • Manage special studies, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Investigate opportunities for improvement in key areas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration/Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience, including at least 1 year in business planning.
  • Oman National preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of commercial/business awareness.
  • Self-motivated, initiative-driven, innovative, and dynamic.

Language Requirements:

  • English - Very Good
  • Arabic - Fluent/Excellent
