Corporate Sales and Business Development

Your role as a Sales Manager involves soliciting new business opportunities from corporate accounts through direct sales efforts, networking, and sales calls. You will also manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Key responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, negotiating rates and contractual terms, collaborating with Revenue Management, and developing account plans for key accounts.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems, preparing sales reports and forecasts regularly, and attending industry events and trade shows to represent the hotel and generate leads. You will work closely with operations and event teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
