The Corporate Sales Strategy Executive plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by targeting corporate clients and fostering strategic partnerships. This involves developing tailored sales strategies to penetrate the corporate segment, identifying and securing business from key accounts, and conducting sales calls to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Revenue Growth & Client Acquisition:
    · Develop and implement customized sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
    · Identify and secure high-value opportunities with key corporate clients.
  2. Account Management & Relationship Building:
    · Nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients through exceptional service and personalized experiences.
    · Provide timely solutions to client inquiries and needs.
  3. Market Intelligence & Business Development:
    · Stay informed about market trends and emerging opportunities to inform business development strategies.
    · Collaborate with marketing to create targeted promotional materials and campaigns.
  4. Performance Analysis & Reporting:
    · Track and analyze sales performance to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
    · Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. · Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
  2. · Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in luxury hospitality or travel.
  3. · Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. · In-depth knowledge of corporate travel markets and incentive planning.
  5. · Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  6. · Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools.
  7. · Understanding of GCC corporate culture and business etiquette.
  8. · Experience managing high-profile corporate accounts and partnerships.
  9. · Ability to present compelling proposals tailored to the corporate audience.
  10. · Multilingual abilities (Arabic, English, or other relevant languages).
  11. · Passion for luxury hospitality and creating unique corporate experiences.
