**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strong relationships with corporate clients.

  • You will proactively solicit new business from corporate accounts through direct sales efforts, networking, and sales calls.
  • Your portfolio of existing corporate clients will be managed to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales presentations, site inspections, and client entertainment will be conducted as necessary.
  • Negotiations with clients regarding rates and contractual terms within hotel guidelines will be handled to secure bookings.
  • You will collaborate with Revenue Management to ensure pricing strategies are competitive and aligned with market demand.
  • Account plans for key accounts will be developed to maximize revenue opportunities.

**What We Need from You**

We are looking for a candidate with a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business or Hospitality Management and 2-4 years of relevant sales experience in Hospitality or a related service industry.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of hotel products, rates, and marketing programs
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders
