  • Recommend suitable treatments, products, and wellness advice based on guest needs.
  • Follow up with guests after treatments to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.
Spa Cleanliness & Setup
  • Prepare treatment rooms with necessary products, linens, and equipment.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all spa areas.
  • Sanitize tools and equipment according to health and safety standards.
Product Knowledge & Promotion
  • Stay updated on all spa services, products, and promotions.
  • Upsell treatments and retail products to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
  • Participate in product and treatment training sessions as required.
