Job Title: Spa Therapist

Delivering exceptional spa experiences to guests requires a unique blend of technical skills and interpersonal abilities. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality treatments and therapies that cater to the diverse needs of our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other therapies, in accordance with spa protocols and guest preferences.
  • Conduct consultations with guests to determine their treatment requirements and recommend suitable options.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in treatment rooms and common areas by adhering to strict health and safety standards.
  • Prepare and restock treatment rooms with necessary supplies, linens, and equipment to ensure seamless operations.
  • Properly use and maintain spa equipment and products to guarantee optimal performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Enhance guest experience through the promotion and sale of spa services, products, and packages, thereby driving revenue growth.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle client records and treatment history with professionalism and discretion.
  • Comply with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and techniques in spa and wellness services to remain competitive and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • A certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field from a recognized institution is essential.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel, resort, or wellness center is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of various treatments, techniques, and spa products is necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital for building rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain calm under pressure is essential.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
