Wellness and Fitness Facility Support Specialist

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Health Club Attendant to support the daily operations of our wellness and fitness facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with any inquiries or requests related to the spa or health club facilities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas including locker rooms, treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, gym areas, and poolside.
  • Replenish towels, water stations, toiletries, and other amenities in all guest areas as needed.
  • Set up and break down treatment rooms or fitness class spaces according to operational standards.
  • Monitor locker room supplies, report maintenance issues, and ensure the facility is clean and safe at all times.
  • Provide support to therapists, fitness instructors, and other team members as needed.
  • Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed, especially in wet areas.
  • Assist in managing guest flow and maintaining a calm and serene environment.
  • Maintain inventory levels of supplies and notify management of low stock.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, cleanliness issues, or guest feedback to the Spa or Health Club Manager promptly.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping, spa, gym, or hospitality environments preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically fit and able to perform tasks such as lifting towels, moving furniture, and standing for long periods.
  • Flexible with working hours including weekends, holidays, and shifts.
