Senior Executive - Sales and Business Development Job Summary

Seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking senior executive to lead our sales and business development efforts.

The project:

As part of its 2040 strategy to promote cultural and artistic innovations, a state-of-the-art centre for arts and culture is being built. Under one roof, the centre will include facilities such as F&B outlets, cinema, and art clubs.

Strategic direction and delivery of key assignments and defined business areas

Leadership and management of operations, contract preparation, warranties, bonds, licenses, and performance management

Ambitious and forward-thinking senior executive required to join our established and growing team

You will lead operations that are fiscally and ethically viable, influencing the achievement of business objectives that align with business and legislative compliance obligations.

Key responsibilities include managing costs, preparing contract documents, and advising on contract administration and contract management

Development of key areas including sales, business development, marketing, and customer engagement

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to prepare reports, negotiate, and build relationships with key stakeholders

Sound knowledge of value engineering, life cycle costing, contract law, and contractual frameworks relating to construction
