We are seeking an experienced Senior Woodwork Supervisor to lead our carpentry team in Muscat, Oman. This is a full-time position that requires a skilled professional with experience in supervising and coordinating woodwork projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of carpenters on construction sites.">
  • Ensure the quality and timely completion of all woodwork tasks.">
  • Read and interpret blueprints to plan and organize work.">
  • Train new carpenters on techniques, safety procedures, and company policies.">
  • Monitor inventory levels of materials and tools needed for woodwork projects.">
  • Communicate with project managers to provide progress updates and report any issues or concerns.">
  • Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards.">
  • Adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times.">

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Carpenter Supervisor or similar role.">
  • Proficient in reading blueprints.">
  • Knowledgeable in various types of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.">
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.">
  • Good communication skills, able to give clear instructions and provide feedback.">
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.">
  • Valid visa sponsorship for employment in Oman.">
