Key Responsibilities:

The Villa Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of guest services and housekeeping. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Monitoring occupancy reports and coordinating with the Housekeeping Supervisor to prepare rooms.
  2. Providing exceptional customer service, assisting guests with special needs and requirements.
  3. Managing inventory levels, restocking supply trolleys and replenishing room amenities.
  4. Ensuring guest rooms meet resort standards, replacing linens, towels, and other amenities as needed.
  5. Removing furniture and fixtures requiring repair or replacement, taking responsibility for their condition.
  6. Providing turn-down service, re-stocking mini-bars and refreshing guest rooms.
  7. Maintaining and exceeding service and operational guidelines, adhering to LQA standards and guest feedback.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
