Budgeting and Financial Management

You will be responsible for preparing annual business plans, monitoring budgets, and implementing corrective actions where necessary. Your goal is to control costs while ensuring guests receive value for money. By maintaining a keen eye on financials, you will contribute to the hotel's success.

Effective Communication

Your communication skills will be put to the test as you interact with colleagues at all levels. You will need to convey complex information clearly and concisely, conduct regular meetings, and ensure follow-up action is taken. This requires strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and effective problem-solving abilities.

Technical Expertise and Quality Assurance

To achieve the highest banquet yield possible, you will plan and recommend replacement of FF&E and OE. Your focus will be on creative and themed events that align with the hotel's image. To drive revenue growth, you will seek opportunities to profit engineer through cost monitoring and sales-increasing initiatives. Additionally, you will ensure seamless execution of cash-handling procedures.
