Main Duties and Responsibilities

  2. Prepare the bar for service, including setting up equipment and restocking supplies.
  3. Check bar stock and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal levels.
  4. To adhere to established restaurant pathways and ensure the bar area is maintained clean and tidy.
  5. Ensure all opening and closing duties are implemented in accordance with established standards.
