Senior Card Business Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in card business, with extensive experience in sales, credit, products, and operations. A bachelor's degree in business administration is required.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all activities are carried out according to industry best practices and standards. You will participate in other related initiatives and projects as assigned or other duties as assigned by management.

You will ensure that the business objectives of card issuing are being met, conduct market research and analysis to determine customer needs and wants, and meet business volumes and commission targets periodically.

You will also coordinate with sales, corporate communication, and card acquiring teams to ensure all business support activities are achieved without breaks.

Around knowledge in cards business including sales, credit, products, operations, and fraud control is essential for this role.

You will handle all external vendors involved in card business in a professional manner to achieve optimal cost levels to maximize profitability.

Additionally, you will ensure that the card portfolio is regularly analyzed and monitored to supplement achieving business targets.

  • Card Sales: Develop and implement strategies to increase card sales and revenue.
  • Pricing and Retentions: Analyze and optimize pricing and retention strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Product Upgrades: Identify opportunities for product upgrades and enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Life Cycle Management: Manage the entire product life cycle, from development to launch and beyond.
  • Logical Handling of Coordinations & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
Business Understanding
  • Analytical Skills: Utilize data analysis and analytical skills to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while working under pressure.
  • Presentation Skills: Communicate complex ideas and information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
