Housekeeping Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced housekeeper to lead our team at Alila Hinu Bay. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department and ensuring that all hotel areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective cleaning programs and schedules
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Monitor and control costs while providing value to guests
  • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and guests
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Housekeeper or similar in a luxury hotel
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and quality control
  • Exceptional attention to detail and interpersonal skills
