Technical Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Consultant to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping our commercial efforts by translating business needs into technical possibilities. You will work closely with our Engineering and Data Science teams to develop compelling solutions for clients, lead technical scoping conversations, and ensure that what we propose is feasible and impactful.

This role requires a unique blend of systems thinking, solution design, and clear communication skills. You will guide prospective clients through technical demos, scope high-level architecture, and partner with product and delivery leads to align expectations across the board.

Our ideal candidate has exceptional problem-solving skills, can cut through ambiguity, and communicate complex ideas clearly. They will be able to work with a high-performing team that values clarity, action, and results, where feedback is fast and growth is constant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Turn insight into impact by working with clients to understand their challenges and shape crisp solution blueprints that bridge business goals and tech realities.
  • Prototype at lightning speed by rallying a micro-team to spin up proof-of-concept demos.
  • Keep the engine humming by streamlining our pre-sales pipeline via pragmatic processes, automation, and AI.
  • Let data guide every step by tracking metrics, dissecting win-loss insights, and mining market intel to hone our pitch, priorities, and product/service-market fit.
  • Challenge the status quo by partnering with leadership to pressure-test and evolve our go-to-market strategy as we scale into our next growth chapter.
