Business Solutions Leader

The Business Solutions Strategist serves as a key player in bridging the gap between business needs and technology-driven solutions. This role is pivotal in the design, development, and delivery of scalable automation, ERP, and digital transformation initiatives.

This includes:

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of business and technology solutions.
  • Designing and implementing scalable, client-centric ERP and automation strategies.
  • Monitoring technology trends and innovations to refine solution offerings.
  • Collaborating with product, development, and business teams to align features with market needs.
  • Partnering with sales and presales teams to develop tailored proposals, demos, and presentations.
  • Ensuring proposed solutions align with client IT infrastructures.
  • Leading project scoping, client assessments, requirement gathering, and detailed planning.
  • Overseeing execution, reporting, risk management, and handover to support or operations teams.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Training and mentoring internal teams on product capabilities, best practices, and solution frameworks.
  • Maintaining thorough solution documentation and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business solutions, consulting, or ERP implementation.
  • Experience with automation tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo), and digital transformation projects.
