A Media Buying Expert is required to lead strategic media buying across top platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in data-driven optimization and decision-making, as well as proficiency with platform-specific ad managers (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).

Responsibilities include creating and presenting media plans aligned with business goals and target audience insights, developing and testing creative ad strategies to maximize ROI, and monitoring performance and adjusting targeting, bids, and creatives for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns on at least 4 of the following platforms: Google, Meta, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X.
  • Strong skills in data-driven optimization and decision-making.
  • Proficiency with platform-specific ad managers (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Strong communication, reporting, and presentation skills.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with conversion tracking and attribution setup (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Pixel, UTM, GA4).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and audience segmentation.
