Job Opportunity

The Commercial Associate Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting local retail stores with sourcing and merchandising activities, driving sales growth through visual merchandising and brand visibility at the point of sale.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with store teams to ensure optimal execution of planograms.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors to guarantee timely delivery of goods and efficient inventory management.
  • Partner with merchants to forecast future trends and predict demand while ensuring timely product delivery.
  • Lead and oversee buying requirements, formulate a buying plan, and budget for the brand/category, ensuring proper order monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the Replenishment Team to reflect inventory levels in store layouts.
  • Implement merchandising design criteria and maintain an updated list of branding elements with exact dimensions.
  • Identify opportunities for professional development to improve leadership and technical skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Product/category/brand knowledge.
  • Strong planning and organization skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
