About the Opportunity
- We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our online accounts and contribute to our growth.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities- Conduct business reviews for high-value vendors to identify opportunities for revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with vendors through regular communication to strengthen ties and resolve operational issues.
- Provide excellent service and support to ensure seamless vendor operations and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and enforce price and assortment parity among vendors.
- Optimize vendor operations, including coverage area, delivery time, and preparation time to enhance efficiency.
- Discuss potential in-store branding investments with stores to boost customer acquisition and brand recognition.
- Ensure campaigns have maximum visibility through marketing briefs and banners.
- Generate vendor coupons, promotions, and vouchers to drive sales.
- Forecast and acquire suitable deals and vendors for NCR.
- Keep accurate records of all NCR and prospecting activities, including sales calls, expense reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate with vendors on their status on our platform, resolving issues such as shutdowns or delivery stops.
- Ensure vendors achieve monthly sales targets.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
