Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Investment Banking Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the writing and development of initial pitch materials, transaction documents, and participating in due diligence meetings.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement financial models, conduct valuation analyses, and provide strategic advice to clients.
  2. Analyse complex financial data, regulatory requirements, and market trends to inform investment decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business proposals, client presentations, and other marketing materials.
  4. Maintain sector-specific knowledge, stay up-to-date on industry developments, and identify new opportunities for growth.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a core advisory function with an investment bank or equity research house.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, think critically, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.
