This exciting opportunity is for an experienced MEP engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will contribute to the success of our interior design and fit-out projects.

You will be responsible for designing and developing comprehensive MEP systems that meet project specifications and regulatory standards. Your expertise will also be utilized to conduct detailed load calculations for various systems to optimize energy efficiency and performance.

Main Objectives
  • Design and develop MEP systems that meet project specifications and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with designers and architects to integrate MEP systems into building designs
  • Prepare technical drawings and specifications using advanced software like AutoCAD and Revit
  • Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to communicate complex engineering concepts effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 7-8 years of hands-on experience in MEP design and project management
  • Professional certifications such as LEED AP, PMP, or equivalents are highly desirable
