Jilan International is seeking a driven and dynamic IT Sales and Support Specialist to join our growing team. If you have a passion for technology, enjoy solving customer problems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

Your Role:
  • Drive sales of IT hardware, software, and services to new and existing clients.
  • Provide first-line technical support for customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Assist clients in identifying the right IT solutions tailored to their business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in IT sales, technical support, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Good understanding of IT products and solutions (hardware, software, networking).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A team player who is self-motivated and results-driven.
Bonus Points:
  • Previous experience in B2B IT sales.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Gulf markets (for regional candidates).
