Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing relationships with clients and stakeholders in the property industry, with a proven track record of closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and Maintain Key Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders within the property industry.
  • New Business Development: Identify and secure new sales opportunities across various markets.
  • Sales Negotiations: Negotiate sales agreements and successfully close deals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve set targets.
  • Market Knowledge: Remain up-to-date on market trends and developments within the property sector.
  • Marketing: Create effective social media marketing plans to enhance brand presence.
  • International Expansion: Participate in international property roadshows and events to expand client base.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales and property experience, focusing on relationship management.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Sales Performance: Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the property market and current industry trends.
  • Background: Prior experience working in Real Estate, Luxury Automotive, or High-End Brands.
  • Sector Expertise: Experience selling off-plan residential units.
