  • Design and implement innovative wellness programs that cater to diverse interests and demographics.
  • Create unique wellness experiences that reflect the resort's identity and meet guest expectations.
  • Provide personalized wellness consultations and orientations to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. hospitality, wellness) or equivalent experience.
  • 4-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in spa and wellness operations, including budget management and strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with hotel systems and treatments is an advantage.
