Front Office Manager Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team of front office professionals. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring excellent guest service.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of front office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent guest service.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive business results and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Manage department budgets and control expenses to meet financial goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  2. At least 4 years of experience in front office management or a related role.
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
