Strategic Leadership Opportunity

The Chief Executive Officer will lead the company's strategic direction, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the company's strategic vision to align with business goals and national priorities.
  • Overseeing full operations to ensure performance, profitability, and compliance.
  • Driving financial planning, budgeting, and fiscal reporting while maintaining optimal working capital and risk management.
  • Championing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging creative problem-solving and bold decision-making.
  • Developing and leading high-performing teams through coaching, clear direction, and strong performance culture.
  • Fostering internal collaboration and aligning functional leaders with organizational priorities and performance objectives.
  • Representing the company to external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, government entities, consultants, and business partners.
  • Establishing robust governance practices to ensure legal and contractual integrity and upholding the organization's reputation.
  • Promoting transparent communication across the organization and ensuring clear, consistent messaging on goals, performance, and values.

**Key Qualifications:**

  • A deep understanding of managing complex, multi-faceted business operations.
  • A proven ability to handle high-pressure environments with rapid decision-making.
  • A strong grasp of financial, operational, and strategic drivers in the manufacturing sector.
  • The ability to balance multiple priorities, lead cross-functional teams, and implement performance-driven programs.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining effective relationships with boards, executive teams, government entities, and strategic partners.

**Requirements:**

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
  • A Master's degree in Management or a relevant discipline is preferred.

**Experience Requirements:**

  • At least 20 years of progressive leadership experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • A proven track record as a General Manager or Head of a business unit, ideally within the food or grain sector.
  • Strong exposure to global markets, especially in the food/grain industries.
  • Experience navigating macro-economic policies and conducting financial and market analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex operations, drive growth, and lead cross-functional teams in a high-pressure environment.
