Job Title: Operations Execution Specialist

SWATX is seeking an Operations Execution Specialist to streamline and enhance our operational processes. This role is vital for ensuring efficient and effective operations aligned with strategic goals. The successful candidate will execute operational plans, monitor performance metrics, and implement process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Execute operational plans and strategies aligned with company objectives and KPIs.
  2. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
  3. Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth workflows and communication.
  4. Identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
  5. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational activities.
  6. Support project management related to operational initiatives.
  7. Prepare reports and updates for management on performance and improvements.
  8. Conduct training for team members on new processes and tools.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of operational metrics and performance improvement techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with operational software and tools (e.g., ERP, data analysis tools).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
