Technical Support Manager

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Manager to lead our support teams in delivering exceptional customer service.

  1. Team Leadership: Manage a professional support team, including skills development and performance management.
  2. Operational Control: Oversee operational control, shift scheduling, and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  3. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure all customer cases are responded to within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and professionally.
  4. Escalation Management: Act as the escalation point for customers and address escalations appropriately.
  5. Accountability: Maintain accountability for customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading technical teams, with a strong background in Linux at a technical level. They will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

  • Languages: Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in another language desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Linux Desktop, OpenStack, Public Cloud, or Virtualization technologies.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
