Dynamics 365 CE Software Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team as a Dynamics 365 CE software engineer. This role requires a strong background in software development, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality business solutions using Dynamics 365 CE functional capabilities. They will work closely with client teams and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing business applications using Dynamics 365 CE
  • Configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE to meet client requirements
  • Developing technical solutions for customer requirements in Dynamics 365 CE
  • Ensuring all design/technical documentation is kept up to date during the development process
  • Delivering high-quality business solutions on time and within budget
Requirements:
  • A University graduate with relevant degree within a computing or business discipline
  • A strong background in software development, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement / CRM Online 2015, 2016 or 365
  • Experience in D365CE Configuration, Customisation, standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views and standard reports development
  • Knowledge of .Net Development, including code management (i.e. source control), unit testing methodologies and build processes
