We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to provide exceptional care and support to our elderly residents in Nizwa, Oman.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. They will also administer medications as prescribed by doctors, monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff. Additionally, they will plan and prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs, provide companionship and emotional support, keep accurate records of care and progress, and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Requirements
  • Must be an Indian national with proficiency in English
  • At least 2 years of experience in elderly care
  • Caregiving certification or training preferred
  • Compassionate, patient, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Willing to relocate to Nizwa, Oman
