We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to implement sales activities and maximize business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure comprehensive coverage of assigned accounts, achieving targets and maximum productivity.
  • Implement and execute sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets.
  • Negotiate prices with customers for transient and group business, establishing parameters and quotes as needed.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and competition, including direct sales solicitation, telephone, and direct mail.
  • Maintain files of major accounts and assist superiors in maintaining the accounts management system.
Requirements
  • A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is ideal.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive.
  • Strong problem-solving, administrative, organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Experience in leisure sales and hospitality is required.
  • Local experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in hotel systems is necessary.
