**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team. As a key player in driving sales growth and building lasting relationships, you will be responsible for producing technical proposals, achieving sales targets, and expanding our customer base.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Achieve annual sales targets by working closely with our Sales Manager and Business Development Team to establish effective selling strategies and tactics.
  • Obtain orders and establish new accounts, planning and organizing daily work, and calling on existing and potential sales customers.
  • Analyze customer needs, requirements, and strategic plans, recommending solutions that align with our company programs.
  • Prepare proposals that include dosage rates and mode of application of products, referring to technical support and relevant manuals for guidance.
  • Meet or exceed the required minimum daily sales calls as set by your assigned group.
  • Call on customer facilities, observe, and implement the practical application of products, servicing assigned accounts and recommending changes in chemical dosages, flow rates, or equipment.
  • Begins to work with existing customers to seek new applications for existing products, developing and executing account sales plans with assistance from senior sales personnel.
  • Maintain close contact with your Sales Manager and Business Development management regarding account activity, customer needs, prices, competitor activity, and product acceptability.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pyramid and other required reports or documentation.
  • Fully utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in line with our company policy.

**Qualifications & Experience:**

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the Water Treatment industry, including sectors such as fertilizers, power, petrochemicals, desalination, and primary metals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
