Job Description:

Territory Lead / BDM

We are currently in search of a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for creating and developing new business opportunities for our entire product offerings.

The Job:

The individual will spearhead the strategic development of business in new geography and is responsible for driving growth and establishing a strong presence in these territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve set targets in terms of Sales and Gross Profit numbers.
  • Development & Management of key customers and verticals.
  • Oversee the overall branch operations and be responsible for the branch performance.
  • Responsible for the overall sales process from generating leads, attending meetings, closing, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate is expected to have strong communication and people skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others towards meeting a common goal. An effective communicator both internally and externally & able to make intelligent decisions.

  • Proven track record in driving consistent growth and gaining market share.
  • 4-5 years of experience in IT solutions sales.
  • Experience in developing strategic relationships and adding significant value to customers.
  • Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Goal-driven and target-oriented. Must have experience and a proven track record in achieving defined sales and collection targets.
  • Local driving license will be an added advantage.
