Guest Experience Supervisor

We are looking for a charismatic professional with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences. As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests' comfort and satisfaction from arrival to departure.

A day in the life of this role includes:
  1. Supervising a team of dedicated guest service agents, ensuring they deliver personalized and attentive experiences.
  2. Managing guest requests and preferences, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
  3. Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operations and exceed guest expectations.
  4. Training and motivating staff to maintain our high standards of service excellence.
  5. Implementing innovative strategies to enhance guest experience and build lasting relationships.
What we need from you?
  1. Minimum 2 years experience in a hotel guest service role.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members.
  3. Exceptional problem-solving abilities to handle any guest-related concerns effectively.
  4. Proven leadership skills to motivate and guide your team to success.
  5. Attention to detail, ensuring the highest standard of service is consistently met.
