Chemical Process Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Chemical Process Leader to lead the operations of Polymer Plants on a temporary basis. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in process optimization and improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to improve plant performance.
- Manage and supervise teams to ensure effective implementation of process changes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address operational issues.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Process/Chemical or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Polymer Plants (Polypropylene and Polyethylene) operations, including process optimization, feasibility studies, design, commissioning, and performance testing.
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience in similar positions.
- Extensive knowledge of polymer development, manufacturing, and application.
- Strong understanding of FEED, EPC Contractors process engineering phases, and engineering design.
- Proficient in MS Office and technical software applications such as Aspen HYSYS, ICAPS.
