Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Process Engineer to lead the operations of Polymer Plants on a temporary basis. The position will be based in Oman.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize process performance and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Supervise and manage teams to ensure effective implementation of process changes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address operational issues.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Process/Chemical or related field.
  2. Minimum 15 years of experience in Polymer Plants (Polypropylene and Polyethylene) operations, including process optimization, feasibility studies, design, commissioning, and performance testing.
  3. Proven track record of leadership and management experience in similar positions.
  4. Extensive knowledge of polymer development, manufacturing, and application.
  5. Strong understanding of FEED, EPC Contractors process engineering phases, and engineering design.
  6. Proficient in MS Office and technical software applications such as Aspen HYSYS, ICAPS.
