Polymer Plants Engineer Manager

We are currently looking for a skilled Process Optimization Lead to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the operations of Polymer Plants in Oman.
Key Skills- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic solutions.
- Experience with process optimization and improvement methodologies.
- Strong understanding of chemical process engineering principles.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Process/Chemical or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Polymer Plants (Polypropylene and Polyethylene) operations, including process optimization, feasibility studies, design, commissioning, and performance testing.
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience in similar positions.
- Extensive knowledge of polymer development, manufacturing, and application.
- Strong understanding of FEED, EPC Contractors process engineering phases, and engineering design.
- Proficient in MS Office and technical software applications such as Aspen HYSYS, ICAPS.
