Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the civil engineering aspects of wind turbine foundation construction, ensuring compliance with project specifications, local standards, and industry best practices. As a Senior Wind Turbine Foundation Construction Specialist, you will be responsible for providing on-site supervision and technical support during the construction process.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of construction standards and regulations, as well as proven experience working on large-scale wind energy projects. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential, along with excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on construction progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications. This includes coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in wind turbine foundation construction, is also required.

In addition to your technical expertise, you must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be expected to participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with the project team and client.

Please note that this position requires frequent travel to project sites and may involve extended periods of on-site work. You must be willing to relocate to Oman for the duration of the project, which is expected to last 10 months.
