Project Scheduler RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6.The ideal candidate will have excellent numerical and communication skills, as well as experience in theme/water park or complex entertainment/infrastructure projects. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, with at least 7 years of experience in project scheduling.The Project Scheduler will monitor progress against baseline programs, highlight potential delays, and recommend mitigation strategies. They will also coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants to gather progress data.The role requires expert knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and reporting tools. The successful candidate will generate weekly and monthly progress reports and dashboards for stakeholders.In addition, the Project Scheduler will prepare recovery schedules where necessary and participate in risk analysis sessions. They will monitor resource allocations and productivity tracking, and assist in EOT claims review and forensic schedule analysis.The Project Scheduler will ensure integration between civil, architectural, MEP, and specialist packages. They will support planning workshops and coordination meetings with all stakeholders, and perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience, with at least 3 years in theme/water park or complex entertainment/infrastructure projects.
  • Expert in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent numerical and communication skills.
