Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and driven Sales Executive to expand our market presence and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Planning
    • Develop effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
    • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their advertising and branding requirements.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Business Development
    • Pursue new sales leads and business opportunities.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sectors for growth.
    • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote services.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to sales team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture within the team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role within the signage or advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the local market and business landscape is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in similar Signage & Metal works & Digital companies is essential for this role.
