Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

Location: Muscat, Oman

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with diverse populations, including individuals of all ages, and provide comprehensive care through speech, language, and swallowing therapy. You will have the chance to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, work closely with healthcare professionals, educators, and family members, and educate patients and their caregivers about communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify communication and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address specific communication and swallowing needs.
  • Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy to individuals, groups, and families.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (requirements may vary by state).
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
