Workforce Solutions Professional

We're seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to join our team as a Workforce Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in helping our clients optimize their workforce and improve efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and address customer business needs by providing subject matter expertise and creating tailored solutions using Dell's products and services.
  • Manage and support accounts, including product account planning, sales forecasting and facilitating organizational alignment in cross-functional virtual teams.
  • Gain access and manage relationships with senior decision makers and technical personnel.
  • Engage with customers and sales individuals on moderate to high complex opportunities and collaborate with different functions to deliver expected outcomes.
  • Provide insight and subject matter expertise to customers concerning the applicability of complex specific products and service technologies, research and apply industry and market knowledge to present the positive value of our solutions.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Expertise in Client Workforce Transformation Solution design, architecture and associated customer conversations with good knowledge of technical products, vendors and families of technologies.
  • Ability to position Dell's CSG portfolio against major competitive offerings.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with customers, support personnel and executives.
  • Outcome-oriented, acumen to build TCO value propositions, communicate our unique value.
  • Creative Thinking and ability to identify opportunities of growth.
