About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels, aligning with customer insights and business goals.
  • Work with data scientists and analysts to implement analytical models that improve targeted marketing efforts and customer interactions.
  • Oversee all campaign phases, from planning and creative development to execution, analysis, and reporting.
  • Use data analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Maintain expertise in trends in data science and marketing analytics to drive business growth.
  • Mentor junior team members to promote data literacy and continuous learning within the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing campaign management with a focus on data science.
  • Proven success in leading data-driven marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software.
  • Expertise in marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities for cross-team collaboration.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on campaign execution and analysis skills.
