Restaurant Operations Manager

This position is responsible for managing restaurant operations to achieve business objectives through customer-focused service delivery.

  • Maintaining international brand standards to ensure consistency in atmosphere, signature drinks, and culinary offerings.
About the Role

A little taste of your day-to-day:

  • Preparing monthly reports on financial and product issues.
  • Controlling and analyzing departmental costs to meet budget, implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Managing staffing costs by creating efficient work schedules in line with legal requirements.
  • Coordinating the preparation of the departmental annual budget and working to achieve it by monitoring operations, revenues, and expenditures.
  • Overseeing the implementation of standards as per departmental manuals.
  • Ensuring adherence to opening and closing procedures and bill paying procedures.
  • Conducting shift briefings to inform staff of VIPs, special occasions, and upselling opportunities.
  • Motivating staff to provide excellent service during all shifts.
  • Sharing guest feedback with the Chef and Food & Beverage Manager.
  • Developing and implementing a Promotions Calendar for F&B products.
  • Attending departmental meetings.
Requirements

We need an experienced Restaurant Manager who has at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of beverages, including alcohol.

  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing); Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Micros operating systems.
  • Strong customer service skills.
