Sales Excellence Manager Opportunity

As a Sales Excellence Manager, you are responsible for implementing sales strategies and maximizing business opportunities within your area of responsibility. Your role involves executing sales plans, including:

  • Ensuring comprehensive coverage of your portfolio by engaging managerial and departmental accounts to achieve targets and maximize productivity.
  • Implementing and exceeding sales objectives and action plans to drive business growth.
  • Establishing parameters, providing quotes, and negotiating prices with customers for transient and group business opportunities.
  • Providing feedback on market conditions and competition trends through direct sales calls and analysis.
  • Maintaining files of major accounts and assisting in account management system updates.
  • Adhering to selling strategies during negotiations to maximize up-selling opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive is required.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Experience in leisure sales and the hospitality industry is necessary.
  • Local market experience is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in hotel systems is a must.
